360uni.link provides individuals, businesses, and enterprises with tools to shorten, brand, organize, and monitor web links. Key capabilities include:

• Short URL creation with vanity custom aliases and branded slugs.
• Dynamic high-resolution QR codes customizable with brand colors, gradients, dot styles, and embedded company logos.
• Mobile-responsive bio landing pages with customizable themes, buttons, social links, and media previews.
• Conditional routing rules based on visitor country, device type (iOS, Android, Desktop), and web browser.
• A/B split testing with weighted variant traffic distribution and conversion tracking.
• Automated link health monitoring, expiration dates, and self-destruct click thresholds.
• REST API access for programmatic link management and integrations.

3. Acceptable Use & User Responsibilities

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against unlawful, malicious, or abusive activities. You agree that you will NOT use 360uni.link to:

• Shorten links pointing to malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or spyware.
• Facilitate phishing, credential harvesting, scam campaigns, or deceptive financial schemes.
• Distribute unsolicited bulk communications (spam) across email, SMS, messaging apps, or social media.
• Infringe upon intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights of any third party.
• Host or link to content depicting violence, hate speech, harassment, exploitation, or illegal substances.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, or flood our infrastructure with Denial-of-Service (DDoS) traffic.

Violating any of these rules will result in immediate termination of your account, deactivation of all short links, and potential reporting to law enforcement or domain abuse registries.

4. Accounts, Security & Credentials

When you register an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, two-factor authentication tokens, and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or compromise of your account.

5. Subscription Plans, Billing & Fair Use Quotas

Certain features and capacity tiers (such as custom domains, higher click volumes, team collaboration, and priority API rates) require a paid subscription. Billing occurs on a recurring monthly or annual basis as selected during purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the end of the current billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except where explicitly required by law.

6. Intellectual Property & Branded Links

You retain ownership of the original destination URLs, logos, and creative content you upload to our platform. By uploading your content, you grant 360uni.link a worldwide, non-exclusive license solely to host, display, and redirect traffic as requested by you. 360uni.link and its software, trademarks, brand identity, and underlying APIs are the exclusive property of 360uni.link.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 360uni.link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time. When material updates are made, we will provide notice via in-app banner, email, or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of our platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
